Quick Pay Services: composition showing analytics, invoice creation, and sample transactions.

01 / FINTECH SAAS / 2024–PRESENT

Quick Pay Services

A multitenant invoicing and payments platform that evolved from an internal tool into a SaaS product with an API for integrating external products and businesses.

Product & Technical Lead · Team of 4–5 people

Problem

General-purpose financial tools did not fit the company’s actual workflow, client base, internal roles, or full invoicing and collections cycle.

Key decision

Design a multitenant platform to unify invoicing, users, permissions, clients, and payments, then expose those capabilities through APIs, payment links, and webhooks.

Outcome

A production product that manages internal financial operations and lets external platforms such as TuTike process payments through Quick Pay Services.

02 / EVENTS AND RESERVATIONS / 2024–PRESENT

TuTike

A SaaS platform for events, ticket sales, and business reservations, covering event publishing, payments, operations, validation, and administration.

Product & Technical Lead · Team of 4–5 people

Problem

Unify very different needs in one ecosystem: ticket sales, restaurant reservations, seat selection, payments, availability, promoters, referrals, and third-party integrations.

Key decision

Build a modular architecture with shared capabilities for events and reservations while keeping their business flows separate and supporting payments, Google Booking, WordPress, and administrative tooling.

Outcome

A production platform capable of operating events of varying complexity and handling end-to-end reservations for restaurants and other businesses.

03 / STREAMING AND PAYMENTS / 2022–2024

PRONYR TV

An original-content streaming platform where I progressed from web and mobile development to leading critical payment services and new product lines.

Product Engineer → Technical Lead · Three-person team across the modules I led

Problem

Payments were embedded in PRONYR’s monolithic backend, making it difficult to add processors, maintain differentiated rules, and evolve subscription and purchase flows.

Key decision

Extract payments into a NestJS and TypeORM microservice that gave the rest of PRONYR a consistent interface regardless of which processor it used internally.

Outcome

A stable payment service that remains in production and supports the platform’s primary purchase and subscription flows.

02 / process

How I work

I do not build isolated features; I consider impact, architecture, and maintenance to create products that can last.

01

Understand before building

I question initial requirements. Uncovering the real business problem is cheaper than perfectly coding the wrong solution.

02

Design for evolution

I prioritize proven, understandable architectures that fit the product’s current stage. I separate business logic from the UI framework so the product can outlive technology trends.

03

Close the loop

Development does not end at deployment. I instrument the product, measure real usage, and prepare the system for iterations driven by data instead of assumptions.

03 / judgment

Decisions that matter

A product’s value is not only in its code, but in the decisions that determine what to build, how to build it, and what to leave out.

Scope definition

Cut features aggressively to validate hypotheses quickly without compromising the integrity of the codebase.

Where business logic belongs

Decide what belongs in the backend, what the frontend should own, and when third-party services make sense based on the cost of maintenance.

Speed vs. technical debt

Take deliberate shortcuts, document the debt, and plan to pay it down before it blocks product iteration.

MC-U Tool

A subscription desktop tool for technicians specializing in mobile device repair and maintenance.

I built it before working full time as a programmer. The project led me to study reverse engineering, Android device communication, AT commands, boot modes, and the automation of technical processes.

06 / context

About me

I work at the intersection of product strategy, software architecture, and technical execution.

I have spent the last decade building software, leading small technical teams, and making architectural decisions that balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability.

When I am not designing software architectures or coding, you will probably find me suffering—or celebrating—with Real Madrid or spending time with my family.
